Lets talk about conference calls (just one a week) mind blown. Here the kicker lets talk about P&L (you are your own P&L) LOVVVVE that. You are a business owner and not traveling store manager. You run your business. No one is running it or telling you how to run it. People are there to support your business. The culture in this company is beyond anything I could want. You just know that people in this company just want the best for everyone. The Comp plan is crazy good.
