Pros

If you have a big book of business you're probably fine. Waste of time if you don't. Family based culture is a nice change of pace.

Cons

Company went through 4 managers in 7 months. Tons of big personalities left due to disorganization. The company reaction to covid-19 was just to let go those who weren't producing. The store manager of the Frisco, TX wasn't provided basic essentials to prevent covid-19. Most of the original team in dallas market either quit or were let go. I quit when I saw the red flags. No leads are provided. You work everything on your own. Countless useless meetings. Company is effectively one big middle man and you have to connect with a dozen people to do simple tasks. I would be very surprised to see this company still alive in 5 years.

It is always upsetting to hear anyone leave feeling displeased. However, there are a few things in your review that I'd like to address since it appears you have some misinformation. COVID-19 has impacted many companies and we are proud of the way our teams have adapted to the unique environment. That said, it was a difficult couple of months and many of our sellers did not make their sales goals during COVID. Because we value our employees, we did everything possible to keep all of our employees and did not perform any reductions. Additionally, we provided additional compensation adjustments to those that performed under their minimum targets to help them through this difficult time. We also took steps to ensure the safety of our employees that were expected to be customer-facing by providing masks, cleaning supplies, and the ability to enact social distance rules. Being a direct B2B salesperson takes a driven self-starting mindset and we have a program that allows dedicated time for our sellers to focus on prospecting provided leads, sales appointments, and development training. We limit our operational duties as much as possible to ensure our sellers can maximize their selling time. It is a fact that B2B sales can often have longer sales cycles and occasionally, we have sellers that don’t have the funnel management skills necessary to maintain a full-funnel that will allow them to be consistent. We wish this person the best in their new endeavors and hope they will find a good fit for them in the future.

Pros

This company treats you like family. This company is the reason why people want to get up and go to work. You want to talk about work life balance. This company is on another level with it which is a great thing. Let's talk groupme ( how about just having one) love that. Lets talk meetings (just one a week) Love that. Lets talk about conference calls (just one a week) mind blown. Here the kicker lets talk about P&L (you are your own P&L) LOVVVVE that. You are a business owner and not traveling store manager. You run your business. No one is running it or telling you how to run it. People are there to support your business. The culture in this company is beyond anything I could want. You just know that people in this company just want the best for everyone. The Comp plan is crazy good.

Cons

Honestly this company does not have any. I know that might seem to good to be true but it is honestly the truth.
