Pros

* Easy interview (just to desperately hire people as new joiners escape within 2-3 days of joining)

Cons

* Technology - 90% of projects are legacy projects (EJB, SOAP, JSF and the likes) * Work Culture - It is a product based company but the work culture is that of a service company - you will find no benefits of working on a product. Micromanagement is prevalent in all projects. The work culture is toxic because of the narrow minded managers who make the lives of developers hell. * Zero work life balance - follows 2 weeks sprint in which developers are overloaded with work - just to make more money with quick releases. * People - Most of the senior people are old school with desi mentality. Old timers of the company have their own groups and they do whatever they want - not even HRs can touch them. Outsiders are treated like slaves. * Agile - The company follows the agile blindly like a cult instead of adapting according to the project needs. The rules of having no QAs ( yes you heard it right, developers have to do all the testing), only 2 weeks sprints despite being a product based company, long scrum ceremonies, illogical work distribution in the name of agile - everything adds to employees' frustrations. * Policies - Leaves, salary, and hikes are very less compared other companies. HRs are just for the namesake and are toothless. * Zero onshore opportunities, zero job satisfaction.

Pros

remote 3 days out of the week

Cons

Management doesn't train you. I was not even allowed the opportunity to figure it out either before they laid me off. The guy who was supposed to train me didn't, and threw me under the bus when my progress was evaluated. They want you to come on the team, already knowing everything.
