      Everything. No accountability of work. No safeguard and security for employee. Expected overtime with no compensation. Toxic environment. No place to sit even. Junior team is grinded to the core with no proper scope of improvement.

      Young crowd. I was forced to write Atleast 5 words so here we are.

      Cons

      literally every single thing. Dumb heads all around, from the top management to the mid management. No accountability of your work, bias management, nobody knows what they are doing, unrealistic expectations and deadlines. People not from the sector trying to tell how the sector works😂😂
