Pros

happy getting the pension and a great work place for a career

Cons

I served for 33 years and resigned due to personal and health reasons. Since I have resigned SBI says I am eligible for post retirement Health benefits. This is unfortunate, and as I heard SBI is discouraging such benefits to those who 'resigned' saying many staff having just worked for 3-5 years are also claiming benefits along with joining private banks. The question is how can you equate this to those people who quit after serving 33 years that too due to personal problems, and am of course not working anymore. Can any senior management give me a proper logical answer?
