Very overstaffed and a ton of turn around except in the executive positions. Turn around is due to employees being expected of too much and working long hours for very little compensation. Training happens quickly and as soon as you start, they throw everything on you with very little help on assignments. Management is extremely difficult to get along with and clients are even more difficult. It's not worth the stress.
