As long as you're cool with the charge nurse you get to do whatever. Disappear for hrs. Chill instead of work. Good stuff. If you don't want to progress in life.only real good thing is you could show up if you wanted and work. No management smh
Cons
To sum it up, sbh is unorganized and ghetto. Ratchet staff. The OG staff run everything no respect for charge nurse. No order. Cnas go on break and disappear. They put all workload on new people.
