      Pros

      As a growing organization they're constantly working on ways to improve the opportunities for it's account executives to succeed.

      Cons

      I think there was time where things were not so great at Sb3, high turnover, limited prospects and uninterested prospects. However all the hard work of SB3's employees has really made a difference
