      Scott is a thief! Likes to steal your last check. No work life balance. Caps sans messages late to get basic updates

      Pros

      Absolutely none. Wait, I liked the maintenance team who have since been fired.

      Cons

      This is a 1099 position, but he doesn’t tell you that until you get to signing the paperwork. Owner is clueless about real estate law and is adversarial with just about everyone. A fair housing complaint waiting to happen. The office is a crammed little side room in one of the complexes that you have to share with others. Not worth the salary one bit.
