Horrible upper management. HR doesn’t listen to or follow up on complaints. Management is allowed to create a hostile work environment, bully their employees, play favorites with employees, pay favorite employees to do their personal business on company time and make the environment so miserable that there is no choice but to escape. This has happened at least 6 times in the past 3 years. HR was notified each time and chose to ignore everything. Avoid the St. James offices AT ALL COSTS!!!!
