Pros

Friendly and approachable teammates; people are generally helpful and willing to teach, especially if you’re new. You get exposure to multiple tasks and departments, so you learn quickly and build a wide skill set.

Cons

Processes and documentation are still evolving, which can lead to confusion or last-minute changes.

Pros

Great setup. Good pay. Constantly innovating company. Solid people.

Cons

Not for the weak-willed. High expectations. Slight micro-managing. Onboarding/acquisition mismatch on the package/benefits.

Pros

*Very kind and understanding managers/co-workers - everyone is very nice *Inclusive and understanding of pronouns - I admire the company efforts in trying to foster a culture of being open-minded

Cons

*Low compensation for a fintech company - then again, its fully WFH *Very unpolished system - I feel like most of my work revolved around cleaning up messes that could've been easily prevented *Learning opportunities are subpar - Again, as a leading fintech company in salary lending, I was expecting more Overall, I noticed everyone was tired of chasing after countless deadlines. The systematic mess continues to feed itself. And while everyone may be nice, the fully WFH set-up makes it difficult to feel a culture. The only "inclusivity" they promised that I felt was the addition of pronouns to Slack profiles. Other than that? Nothing else. My internship experience was more of a reason not to work here. The only fulfilling pro is that I get exposure to the internals of an expanding fintech company
