      Pros

      Company is big on continuous learning and while much of the training is internally lead, its provided by quality people and outside vendors. Very upbeat and positive group.

      Cons

      If your not a fast mover, it may be a challenging environment.

      Pros

      Great startup environment. Regular communications from management and hands-on when needed and hands-off when not.

      Cons

      Growing fast so sometimes you need to wear multiple hats. Works for me, but may not be a good fit for others.
