Cons
HR department is run by a person with very poor professional skills. Other high level administrators either have contempt for lower staff or have a very poor idea of what the workers are doing. Overly focused on ‘innovations’ and trends that they can brag about to the member districts instead of what improves outcomes for students. Higher administration makes changes based on ‘philosophy’ rather than what has been proven to work. Constantly understaffed because the pay is not competitive.
