      Continues learning and improvement. Management will look out for you if they see you making efforts, and they will always listen and help if you ask for further training.

      They improve process but the change is slow which is not good in a fast pace market.

      Pros

      Good atmosphere, management is nice and supportive and genuinely cares. Benefits are paid for 100%.

      Cons

      Owner/CEO is a PR nightmare and has some medical issues that he can take out on employees from time to time.
