Demeaning, condescending upper management - Social Media Specialist SAS Shoes Employee Review

Upper-management was very condescending and demeaning. Constant firing and hiring of Marketing staff and Head of Marketing without giving them time to settle in, which gave other staff and coworkers a sense of unease within their own jobs. During COVID, they cut several staff hours (including mine) with no notice and after 3 months told us it was a permanent change because we were able to complete our work with the hour and pay cut. They do not value their employees.
