Pros

Overall, the work environment is decent

Cons

SAS Shoes receives millions of dollars from government contracts. Federal laws mandate a minimum wage of at least $15 an hour for contract employees. At the retail level, we are held to the standards of government employees (for example, we are not allowed to have Tik Tok on certain devices). However, the rules regarding pay are not applied to us. Many employees make less than $10 an hour, despite their status as employees of a government contractor. If employees are held to the rules of government employees, we should also receive the benefits.
