      The work is pretty simple and straight forward. The hours aren't bad either.

      Cons

      Very few people get full time positions, lots of drama bs and high school like attitudes for very little pay. Loyal workers get passed over for higher positions in favor of hiring friends and family.

      -Great coworkers -Hybrid office schedule

      Cons

      -Constant micromanagement -Surveys on how things could be improved that only result in superficial changes. -No real support from leadership during conflicts with other teams -Management is unreceptive to suggestions and complaints
