Pros
SAS was a different world, working there was nice in a sort of old castle in the country side. People lasting for years, even life, with very little changes, almost all managers have previously been SAS sales. SAS is in a way a familly because of the mindset.
Cons
If you don't project yourself into staying there all your life, then you're just and will stay a foreigner. The company has very hard process, lack of flexibility. The leardership is old, old fashioned, old culture.
