      People are trusted to get their work done as expected with no one looking over your shoulder. Provides pleasing calm work environment with art, landscaping, building designs. The company really cares about its employees imho.

      Cons

      Too easy to stay in a business as usual mentality. Hard to implement change or getting group consenus.
