Unroganized and messy company - Account Manager SAS Employee Review

HR is only for name sake, serious lack of resources in presales and delivery, cheap when it comes to benefits and expenses (they hold back payments on purpose until you ask), management has no vision or strategy, management is confused and indecisive, products are old, new products are half baked and lack basic features, high targets, they like to think and pretend like big companies but in reality they are not, unorganized and messy, threaten with office closures if we don't perform, so called product experts lack knowledge about core products
