Pros
In my three years there I was treated well and enjoyed most of the people I worked with. Amazing campus and company perks/benefits.
Cons
The SAS 9 SW is outdated and heavy. Customers are not investing in SAS and/or trying to get off the product entirely. There modern Viya 4.0 SW has issues and it's not being widely adopted by current customers or new ones. SAS is shrinking, They say they are going IPO, but in reality they are conducting mass layoffs and cutting their product lines to show greater profitability to a buyer IMO.
