      Low level of micromanagement and good pension

      Cons

      Been getting IPO ready for over 3 years which has been an excuse for no travel, kick off, expenses etc. targets have risen significantly while pay has been static. Counting pennies

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
