- Lack of Strategic Plan: Better planning at the executive level of the project. Team was reactive rather than proactive more times than not. Left front-line team members feeling that there wasn't a strategic plan from leadership. - Lack of Communication Plan: Better communication between leadership and front-line team members could have staved off fires that could have been prevented well in advance.
