      The tools are SAS owned, so you need to know the coding language or be quick into adapting. Plenty of improvements to be delivered in multiple functions

      Cons

      Management I believe is not the top. Often key VP or Director lack the technicals skills or knowledge to properly manage Data teams.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
