      Working with some of the most brilliant minds in the IT industry. Lots of deep expertise across all analytical disciplines.

      Cons

      There is a pervasive attitude that as longs as SAS builds the most advanced analytics suite of tools, the market will flock to its doorstep. Maturity from a product and tenured employee standpoint is countered by its immaturity from a sales and demand generation posture.

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
