      -Amazing benefits -The nicest coworkers -Respect for work/life balance -Easy to change teams/jobs in company -Option to work fully remote -Transparency about career development and raises -Very clear expectations and manageable workloads

      Cons

      I think the starting pay isn't as high as other companies, but I think the pros make it worth it.

      Pros

      Beautiful campus, benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      Too many “lifers” at SAS, lost touch with best practices. Promotions based on personal relationships versus truly being the best person for the job. HR seems to protect itself and has grown its kingdom. Out of touch management. IPO seems extremely unlikely.
