Pros
Not as corporate as you would think, particularly in comparison to other large tech companies. Lots of training available and opportunities with different products to develop my technical skills Really interesting and society changing products we work on which actually make a difference. This is one of the reasons why I love my job at SAS, unlike a lot of the other opportunities in the local area, my code is helping keep people safe and not lining the pockets of bankers. Great benefits to support me an my family, i'm particularly impressed with the sickness/health coverage, wellbeing days and the support we get from our managers. True hybrid working - I can choose if and when i come into the office
Cons
4 day working week would be the only benefit that i'd like to see introduced. There is a big cultural mix of people in the office which is great, however there could be more female representation.
