      Freedom to do the work as you see fit Work / Life Balance Respect throughout the work environment The Culture is wonderful You choose what to make of your work SAS provides the tools you need Work is very challenging and exciting They reward you for results

      Pros

      Beautiful campus, benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      Too many “lifers” at SAS, lost touch with best practices. Promotions based on personal relationships versus truly being the best person for the job. HR seems to protect itself and has grown its kingdom. Out of touch management. IPO seems extremely unlikely.
