      As with all companies, change is always a challenge. Company is going through a fundamental shift in its approach and hence things are at times uncertain. Challenge from open source market is there.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
