      Market-leading software that was once innovative; Work-life balance

      Cons

      Flat entity with limited opportunities for growth or promotion Senior leadership makes poor executive decisions and devalues the sales process. Until leadership changes and installs individuals having ethics and real expertise, this company will continue to decline.
