      Leaders are passionate about the company and and the people working here. Their dedication creates engagement through out the company. People matters. Each individual is encouraged to contribute. It creates a ONE team-feeling.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
