      Pros

      The hiring process was very fast, very professional and still very friendly. The interviews were challenging and demanding and still in a nice atmosphere. I am just starting, so I can only say that the onboarding is very welcoming.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
