      Pros

      The people are some of the nicest that you will meet. There's a great work-life balance and there's great respect for employees. Could not recommend it more. Management make sure to look after staff whatever their situation is.

      Cons

      SAS wouldn't offer you the perks that maybe other companies would have to offer but that wasn't a bad thing for me. I left for a completely different opportunity and that didn't really have anything to do with the company itself.

      Benefits: health coverage, on-site gym, childcare, healthcare center, and more. Work-life balance: predictable hours, flexibility for parents and a culture that doesn't expect you to grind 60-hour weeks.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
