      Pros

      If you work hard you are able to advance and dictate your own path. Work life balance is at the very top for large corporate environments. The work place is made so comfortable to promote innovation its almost hard for outsiders to imagine.

      Cons

      Possibly more guaranteed work from home time but for the top workers there is flexibility.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
