      The benefits are great and what they are truly known for in the area. Their work environment is amazing and laid back, but work still gets accomplished.

      Cons

      Manager centric, if your manager doesn't work with you then you are going to have a hard time.

      Beautiful campus, benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      Too many “lifers” at SAS, lost touch with best practices. Promotions based on personal relationships versus truly being the best person for the job. HR seems to protect itself and has grown its kingdom. Out of touch management. IPO seems extremely unlikely.
