      No pros as such except the work life balance was good

      Cons

      No growth promotion wise or salary wise, worked there for 3 years and out of that 2 years I got 0% hike Managers are bad and give negative feedback only. If they need to cut down employees they randomly will let you go when you'll think its a regular day at work.

      Beautiful campus, benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      Too many “lifers” at SAS, lost touch with best practices. Promotions based on personal relationships versus truly being the best person for the job. HR seems to protect itself and has grown its kingdom. Out of touch management. IPO seems extremely unlikely.
