      Pros

      There is more overtime for permanent employees than you can handle. If you get hired it will be a long term job.

      Cons

      Terrible production planning and purchasing practices. Everything is a secret. There is a lack of communication between management, departments, and team members. HUGE turn over rate. Same problems have plagued this company forever. Too many problems to list.

      Upper management does not take your opinions into account unless they can benefit from your ideas. The company will over work you and get upset when you make a mistake.
