May violate Employer Duties (e.g. No uniform given) Frequent operational mistakes in roster making, leading to time losses on the part of the security officers (e.g. have been told i had a certain shift, i get to the premises and i'm told that i'm not on the roster; I called control, was told to wait, waited an hour, they get back to me saying it was a mistake; happened multiple times)
