Very bad work-life balance, incompetent managers, a lot of stress, kinda old office, some colleagues are really your enemies, strong elitism, finger-pointing and just alot of lies. My experience: Optimistic project planning and lack of resources led to usual stress run, but on a very bad scale. Work-life balance was non-existing due to stressful management style. The manager was highly incompetent. I personally saw an unfortunate process of guilt distribution according to how well you point your finger at your colleagues, 4 guys left in one month from this particular project. The manager was a salesperson, so he couldn't understand what we were doing, so your outlook was dependent on how well can you speak and how easy is your task. I know cases of shameless lies and accusations -- just to look great in the eyes of the manager. So please be careful, especially if you are a freelancer.
