      1. In my 1.5 yrs stint at SAPCLE I got good opportunities and full support from the management. 2. Your efforts are appreciated and concerns are taken care of. 3. Easily reachable and responsive HR and management team. 4. Any additional efforts are well compensated.

      1. Being a young and growing organization the processes in the organization are still evolving due to which sometimes need some followup personally.

      Pros

      Up to date with industry standards and you get to learn a lot working with great professionals. Well built team structure and well organized projects.

      Cons

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. Everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer timelines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
