Toxic company culture driven by management - Incompetent managers who don't have the necessary skillsets - Recycling of managers who have demonstrated they should not be managers - Favoritism for employees who have family members at the company - No consistent communication for employees or customers - Management is reactive instead of proactive - Managers, senior executives, and HR ignore employee issues - Cannot use PTO whenever you want - Many employees have been stuck in the same place for years even though they've expressed career goals to management - Toxic employees/managers are recognized consistently and promoted - Management has no accountability and throws blame on direct reports for management failures - Company misleads customers - No diversity in executive levels - Arrogance from management that they're the only ones with good ideas - Company asks for ideas on improvement, but doesn't acknowledge or implement them - Employee burnout - Broken systems and processes Very poor security Toxic culture Sharing of access to DoD Burnout Bullies get promoted
