      1. It was my personal experience where I couldn't grow beyond where I was. 2. Due to restrictions at business level it had been difficult to permeate necessary and good changes through the organisation.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great flexibility, great pay, some leadership really cares about your employees. Very close knit group.

      Cons

      Leadership is a revolving door which makes it hard for the group to present a stable roadmap and plan for the organization. Lacks diversity in leadership and board. FG management is lacking true innovation and are stuck doing things the same way when they first started 20 years ago and it shows in their development as they cant retain any new resources because they are not open to new ideas, nor are up to speed with newer technologies.
