Pros
Ariba is a phenomenal company to work for. The resources available to employees and tremendous and the job is fast paced, challenging and keeps you on your toes. There isn't a single dull day. Management is very focused on their employees succeeding and helping them perform to their best ability.
Cons
No cons really. It's a busy job and you work a lot but that's excellent for young professionals who are still making their careers.
