I could chat with CFO, Sales Mgr, Accting, Engineers, IT, Warehouse or Factory Floor workers just the same. It felt like we were all on the same team. - after 2 years, I started to get the vibe they would promote me, which would have been satisfying - but I could get more money immediately by leaving for another company - I was sad to go, Sanyo was a good one. I worked here many years ago, but this was my true experience and I have a W-2 to prove it.

- very strict start & end times, timecard was like 'military serious'. - I was late to clock-in like two times (due to traffic) and they told me if I was late a third time I was fired. So I quit instead. (because the third strike was inevitable). - not many places to eat lunch or nearby amenities. You were better off bringing a sack lunch in those days - honestly pay was low, and that's the real reason I left

Basically, benefit is good. It's not great but still good. It's easy taking day off.

Salary is not competitive compare to similar jobs. Upper management usually don't tell us important information until last minutes for example layoff.
