Pros

Benefits were good but not worth staying for.

Everything. VERY Poor management and leadership is the number one problem here. Manager doesn’t greet employees and will even walk past you without saying hi. She’s fake and acts like she cares when she doesn’t. Supervisor is very unorganized. The two “leads” act as “supervisors” and get away with a lot. They ask you personal questions and have one on one meetings with you as if they were the ones in charge. Supervisor and manager give their work to the two leads which in turn makes them believe they are above everyone and they are the ones in charge. Don’t even walk away from your desk to get water, you will get questioned as to why you were away for long from answering the phones. Micromanaged to the max and they play favorites. One employee got questioned as to why she was in the bathroom for 10 minutes. You are NOT allowed to have a conversation with another employee unless you are a lead and are part of their “circle.” You get in trouble if you talk because they just want you on the phone. This place needs new management and are understaffed. All they care about are numbers.
