Pros
People are always ready to help. The environment is made in such a way that you will never feel that you are being forced even if you are(hahaha), jokes apart. Because it’s fully remote org the comfort level they provide is exceptional. They don’t care what you do where you go while working remotely as far as you get the work done.
Cons
Salary breakdown is messy as there is no clear distribution provided. No renewal of offer provided every year.
