Pros
There are zero pros. The “leadership” in this place is non existent, they are hyper political, and care more about their events and special projects than they do actually helping the clients they serve.
Cons
Nobody has lasted in finance longer than 6 months. Either fired because they realize the organization has been running out of compliance for YEARS, or quit because you are so overloaded with work outside of your position. The CEO “works from home” basically every day. HR will literally make up lies to fire you, and they disregard doctors orders or make reasonable accommodations for a temporary issue. They over spend on every single non-service expense, pretty obvious certain officers are getting financial kick backs. You will attend quarterly town hall meetings where the CEO will present themselves as a loving Christian person, but you’ll see who they truly are after you interact with them for a few weeks. Working here is like dealing with high school drama, extreme unprofessionalism, and everyone is out to get everyone.
