      Pros

      - awesome change in management has been big for development for employees - great menu with chef-driven cuisine - not the same day everyday (lots of interactions with tourists and corporate Calgary)

      - not the place for people who do not want to improve their skills

      There was so many changes in management while I was there that nothing was ever consistent. With the change of management, came a lot of favouritism. The first year was pretty good, but the second half of my time there, I felt incredibly disrespected. If I could’ve voted 2.5 I would’ve, it’s a 3 for the first half and a 2 for the rest of the time.
