working on the great ad-hoc projects to apply the cut-edge technology for the commercialization. Work-life balance. Open-door policy and relative flat-reporting structure so that your work is visible. Great cafeteria benefits. order the tasty and balanced lunch daily from local restaurants and catering providers. Work-life balance and have two/three company holidays to observe Chinese culture (which are the great day-offs to avoid general holiday traffic )

Due to its rapid growth in the past couple years, there are some new employees who don't fit the company culture which jeopardized the positive working environment and team spirits.
