Pay is decent longer you work there.

Upper management questionable only there about once a month to talk about your numbers, and only to get pressured to do better on your numbers so they look good on your annual review. They got rid of some real good managers quickly and abruptly all of the sudden this past year. Too focused on sales numbers rather than actually helping members. Sales requirements change every time making it feel more like telemarketing call center than inbound call center. Only motivation from management you will get is in the form of food.
